II recently shot this home for Tony Martone of Keller Williams Real Estate Services in Winnipeg. Each home gets what I call the Alanized treatment. This was named after another agent who taught me the importance of looking after the details. Although at times he thought he was being too particular I always told him that I appreciated his insight because it made me a better photographer for the properties I shoot. Some examples would be removing all mats and rugs if possible, keeping kitchen counters totally clean and empty, no garbage bins visible in the bathroom or kitchen and much more. I take this advice and thought process with every home I shoot and it makes a difference in how many people view, the offers made and the amount buyers are willing to pay.
