1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made through our Website, phone, or email.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final media.
• Payment can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or PayPal.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Clients may reschedule once for free with 24-hour notice.

3. Service Delivery

• Photography: Delivered within 24 hours after the shoot.
• Videography: Delivered within 48 hours after the shoot.
• Additional editing requests may extend delivery times.

4. Image & Video Rights

• Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights for their images and videos.
• Your Best Shot retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients may not resell or distribute images without permission.

5. Liability & Indemnification

• We strive for quality but cannot guarantee specific results due to environmental factors.
• We are not liable for lost data, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party system failures.
• By using our services, you agree to indemnify Your Best Shot from any legal claims related to photography and videography.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure the property/event location is ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
• Any additional time due to delays may result in extra charges.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our Website.
